These terms cover your use of the SiteFact app and the sharing service run by Ulix (“we”). By using SiteFact you agree to them. Contact: (contact email not yet configured).
SiteFact helps you keep records of work on site and share them as links. It is a record-keeping aid. It is not legal, engineering or safety advice, and we do not verify what is recorded. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for any decisions you make from them.
You keep ownership of everything you record and share. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the sharing you ask for. You promise that you have the right to share it, that it is lawful, and that people shown or named in it are fairly treated. Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, and do not abuse or overload the service. We may remove content or block use that breaks these terms.
Anyone with a link can view the shared record. Free shares are deleted after 30 days; Pro shares stay until you withdraw them. You can withdraw a share or invite at any time. Please keep links to people you trust.
We aim to keep SiteFact running but provide it “as is” without guarantees. Keep your own backups of anything important. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the update. You can stop using SiteFact at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.
